Welcome to Bands For Freedom
Bands for Freedom was created in order to show support to our military personnel past and present. The Bands for Freedom wristbands were created to allow Americans to show their support by wearing a Band for Freedom wristband. Bands for Freedom hopes to help unify Americans all over the world in showing ones support and respect for our military personnel. The Bands for Freedom wristband also serves as a daily reminder to us of our troops and the sacrifice they make for us, which allows all Americans to enjoy their FREEDOMS each day.
Wear a Band for Freedom and show your support for our troops. A portion of your purchase will go directly to help our troops through the Bands for Freedom Veterans Wellnes Program. (VWP) We also donate to Stars for Stripes Foundation which takes celebrity entertainment over seas to entertain our troops in an effort to lift moral and let them know they are not forgotten. After covering manufacturing and administrative costs Bands for Freedom uses all proceeds to support the Veterans Wellness Program, paying for costs of services provided to Veterans and donates part of proceeds to Stars for Stripes Foundation.
The Veterans Wellness Program (VWP) is a Medical service program designed to provide the means for qualified Veterans who suffer from the unseen wounds of war, such as insomnia, anxiety, and Depression. The VWP will assist with Physical and mental assessments, Psychological counseling, anger management courses, treatments for substance abuse, health education, including exercise and nutrition plans for each individual Veteran.
In honor of our troops we have created a band that all Americans can wear to show their support. Many of us have wanted to show our respect to our military men and woman but have not found the words or the physical display to express our gratitude. By wearing a Band for Freedom, not only are you able to show your support, you are part of a dedicated cause that will be helping military men, women, and their families in need.
Stars for Stripes, working in conjunction with Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE), US Army Europe (USAREUR), Multi-National Corps Iraq (MNC-I) and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) strive to take quality, celebrity entertainment into the remote sites where the troops need the moral boost the most. Entertainers who participate in the tours experience military life first-hand as they live and eat where the troops live and eat, are transported in military vehicles, and perform for the most appreciative audiences they will ever entertain. Following every performance, entertainers sign autographs for everyone, no matter how long the line or how many hours it takes for everyone to get an autograph and have their photo made with the celebrity. While many of us can’t find the words to express our gratitude, the Band for Freedom lets us all show our support to our troops and how proud we are of all of them for making the tremendous sacrifices they make for all Americans. WE WILL NEVER FORGET!
